Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for personalized orders. Custom orders are specially made just for you by our highly trained production staff.
All orders must pass several inspections for quality and accuracy. With that said, if any of our products arrived damaged or defective, please send us photos of the order within 7 days of receiving your order and indicate the reason you would like a refund. Refunds are typically received within 48 hours once processed. For other issues or concerns, please reach out to our support team at shop@misstomrsbox.com for help with your order.
Some products in the Miss To Mrs Shop are fulfilled and shipped by trusted third-party partners through Shopify Collective.
- Refunds for partner-fulfilled products are subject to the partner’s own refund policies and eligibility requirements, which may differ from Miss To Mrs refund terms. Any applicable refund details will be outlined in the Returns & Shipping section of the product listing.
- Miss To Mrs does not process refunds for partner-fulfilled products directly. All refund requests must follow the partner’s policy.
