We do not offer refunds for personalized orders. Custom orders are specially made just for you by our highly trained production staff.
All orders must pass several inspections for quality and accuracy. With that said, if any of our products arrived damaged or defective, please send us photos of the order within 7 days of receiving your order and indicate the reason you would like a refund.
